It is interesting to think of sales as an argument- a lot of the core concepts that we took away from class apply in real life as well as hypothetical sales anecdotes.  Think about it like this, if you are in a conflict or a fight- it only makes sense that you should empathize with your opponent before resorting to more vocal or physical stance.   As Christians, we should seek to serve others first in an effort to develop servant leadership. By better understanding the wants and needs of others we can better understand how to resolve conflict.  Many ideas we discussed in class apply: empathy, attunement, buoyancy and clarity.  It is an interesting take to use skills learned in sales and negotiations in real life.
