  1. Feedback is a great tool. Receiving feedback is one of the best ways to improve your selling skills. Finding out what you are good at and also things you are lacking is a great thing as it allows you to know where you are at in different areas and then adjust to improve in those areas.

  2. As I was reading this I was thinking how as a customer, when you really like a product or service, how giving good feedback is so helpful, and can be marketing really, for products we like! I know I love telling people about good businesses, so they will go there too!

  3. I think that feedback is crucial. However, I think people should be tactical in trying to get feedback. Asking someone right away may just annoy you. There have been times when I have gotten surveys right after being sold something, and I just wanted to enjoy what I bought and wait a minute to send a survey.
