Everyone has traditionally always received Girl Scout cookies through little girls selling door to door or badgering you about it at church or a local sporting event. Recently these little girls have become a lot of tech savy and are turning to YouTube to boost their sales. Bella Kuta, a 9 year old girl from Davenport Iowa came up with the idea to create a YouTube video to burst her sales. This video is so creative and inspiring.

Other girl scouts have turned to YouTube to sell their cookies and according to them it has helped them boost their sales and reach relatives and friends who live far away! It is encouraging to see this generation using technology in all aspect of their life and using it to benefit their sales in girl scout cookies!

  1. It’s amazing to see just how entrepreneurial this latest generation is able to be with the help of all these new technologies. If nothing else this is a fun marketing move for these girls, but I’m sure that the shear novelty of their videos alone are winning them a lot of sales. Video selling is an industry which I think is on the up and up especially with personal sales like craigslist, and things like girl scout cookies, or school raffle tickets.
