As the end of the year has come by, I have learned that in sales we need to embrace a journey like none other. There is a lot of things that go on with sales, you need to be able to deal with rejection and failure in order to move forward. The biggest thing about dealing with rejection and failure is that it is all mental, if we allow it to bring us down it always starts with the mental. That is why this is a journey, you will experience ups and downs in your life and it will suck but at the same time you will strengthen your character and grit through the ups and downs. In anything worth pursuing, you must embrace the suck and be forged by the adversity you face whether it is in sales or anything you decide to pursue. So keep getting up and trying over and over again, it will one day be something you’ll be proud of when you look back and see how far you’ve come!
