My last tip for selling yourself is being able to read the room.  There is more than one way to communicate.  Reading nonverbal communication can be key when selling yourself in an interview.  Being able to read people can let you know if you are giving them too much or too little information.  If you are able to read the other person and realize you may be boring them to death, it might be smart to stop talking.  This goes along with an important rule about sales, let the client do the talking.  You should always let the client do the talking.
