A few years ago as we were trying to find phone cases not make in a foreign country we found Carved. A very unique, made in Indiana, business that designs phone cases in such a way that there is only one of each one they make.

As people created in God’s image we are very individual. There is only one of you and one of me. We appreciate individualized things. As we are all unique people with different styles, favorite colors, different music. There are SO many ways we are different!
Just about everyone has a cell phone and almost everyone uses a cover on that phone to protect it from damage. The pain of needing to protect our phones and the desire (pain?) to be thought of as unique individuals pairs well with a company like Carved. There are hundreds of phone cases out there. Some are simple solid colors, others are bright with designs, still others are covered with stickers.
Carved makes phone cases as unique and you and I. They start with wood burls, clean them up, add some amazing colors in epoxy, sand them down, and cover it all with tung oil. They have a video on their website where you can see exactly how they makes these phone cases. The video is a nice feature on their website to sell their products, so a potential customer can see how much time and attention goings into making one individual cover.
What is really neat is that whatever phone case you select, you will receive that exact phone case in the mail. Each one is photographed and put on the website for sale and is taken down after the order. I would guess this could be a lot of administrative work, but it seems very successful and well worth it!
When your order comes in, it is presented as well if not better than a new iPhone. Your phone case comes in a very nice box and they also include some stickers!
