Residence Halls

Make Yourself at Home

At Grove City College, our 12 residence halls are more than just places to live—they are communities where students grow, connect, and thrive. Designed to support both personal development and meaningful relationships, each residence option offers a welcoming environment tailored to student life.

From traditional men’s and women’s residence halls to apartment-style living, students can choose spaces thoughtfully designed for freshmen, transfers, and upperclassmen. No matter where you live, you’ll find a place that fosters connection, encourages growth, and helps you flourish throughout your college experience.

Freshman Residence Halls

Grove City College offers a variety of on-campus living options. Our freshmen women’s hall, called Mary Anderson Pew (MAP) North, consists of double and triple rooms and a few quad rooms that share community bathrooms. Freshman women may also house in Harker Hall, which consists of double rooms and share community bathrooms. The freshmen men's halls, Hicks and Memorial, have doubles with a few options for triples and quads that all share community bathrooms.

*There are a small number of single rooms available in MAP North and Hicks Hall, however, they are reserved for students with documented medical needs.*

North Double

Female Residence Halls

Suite housing options for women are available in MAP South and MAP West. Traditional hall living is available in Harker and Mary Ethel Pew (MEP) Halls.

North Double

Male Residence Halls

Housing for men is available in Alumni Hall, Lincoln Hall, Hopeman Hall, and Ketler Hall. These housing options range from traditional hall style to suite style living.

Community Living Privilege (CLP) Groups

Group housing is available in the residence halls for students who are a part of a CLP group. Each fraternity, sorority, and housing group is created in partnership with the College, rather than by national affiliations, and each has a unique mission and purpose.

Men's CLP halls include Hopeman and Lincoln Hall and Ketler Hall. Women's CLP floors are within MEP Hall.

Apartments

Apartment-style living is available in Colonial Hall Apartments located on lower campus near town. This building is primarily occupied by seniors, with men and women separated by hall.
