What these types of people do not realize is that failure is almost always part of the learning\/skill honing process. The concept of Buoyancy is defined as the ability to stay afloat, and this can be used to describe the rare individual who continues through any amount of failure and completes their objective which they set out for. I believe Buoyancy is largely decided by your mindset. Whether or not you keep going through a challenging trial in business can be decided by your courage and willingness to continue. We discussed in class conventional wisdom and the idea that earlier on, sales was based on motivation and positive thinking about yourself. While that has some merit to it, the duty is still on the player, and problem solving is still very much up to them.
