Salesmen already have a tough job overcoming their negative stereotype \u2013 don\u2019t make your job harder and live up to it.\u00a0 It\u2019s not a bad thing to<\/li>\n<li><strong>Don\u2019t Use Your Glasses<\/strong> \u2013 projecting your own view and experiences on the prospect can kill any sale. Look at the client from a bias-free point of view and make sure you listen enough to them to really understand what they are saying.<\/li>\n<li><strong>May the Buoyant Force Be with You<\/strong> \u2013 sales = rejection. That\u2019s not getting too personal at work \u2013 that\u2019s just setting yourself up for a job well done.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Play Tetris<\/strong> \u2013 You know that red outline that shows where the tetris piece will fall before it gets there?
