The key isn&#8217;t believing that everyone would be better off with your product, its listening to potential clients to understand their &#8216;pain&#8217; and help them decide if your offering suits their needs.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can sense genuine confidence vs forced enthusiasm. Confidence seems grounded. Forced enthusiasm feels performative and coercive.<\/p>\n<p>Confidence isn&#8217;t just shown in your pitch. It&#8217;s shown when things don&#8217;t go to plan. Maintaining composure when a sale falls through or the customer responds negatively shows that you are able to adapt &#8211; it shows that you are confident.
