People do not want to waste their time and they do not want to feel pressure. They are empowered to do their own research about a product and business. Therefore the businesses who offer the best information are the ones who will sell. They need to appeal to today\u2019s market and just fill in the blanks and answer the questions that they have.<\/p>\n<h3>Technology<\/h3>\n<p>It all comes down to technology. Buyers have the web, TV, radio, smartphones, tablets, etc. to be informed and learn about what they are going to buy, before they buy it. This saves time for everyone. As a customer you do not have to drive around town looking for the best option and for the seller, half of their work is done because the customer is already informed.<\/p>\n<p>Selling has become consulting. This has forced sellers to focus more on the <strong>value<\/strong> of the sale to a potential customer rather than just selling a product.
