Growing up, I thought this would\u00a0make\u00a0me\u00a0the\u00a0perfect\u00a0salesman.\u00a0During\u00a0my\u00a0first\u00a0internship, I learned that this\u00a0was\u00a0not the case. Extroverts, if not careful, can dominate a conversation. They can feel perfectly fine with a situation without realizing that\u00a0the person that they are dealing with is completely uncomfortable.\u00a0Introverts, on the other hand, sometimes have trouble closing a sale. They\u00a0may struggle in coming out and\u00a0directly asking for business or a deal to be made.<\/p>\n<p>The ambivert effectively takes the best of both of these personality types. Ambiverts know\u00a0when to talk and when to not. They know when to move forward and when to\u00a0better explain something. They know when to prod and when to lay off.<\/p>\n<p>Whether or not we are introverts\u00a0or extroverts, we can learn a lot from each other.
