However, being as broke as I was, I only justified my purchases to the sales section. There was a girl who had really big, curly, red hair who was always there when I walked in. She noticed I was a regular customer, so in the beginning she would just greet me and let me get the clothes that I wanted. I didn&#8217;t know it at the time, but she actually was paying attention to what my style preferences were instead of bombarding me with selections. After she got a decent look at what I preferred to wear, she started assembling outfits for me from the newer (and more expensive) collections. She did it in a way that wasn&#8217;t over the top but very specific to what I wanted. I ended up trying on clothes that she picked out all the time and walked out spending more money than I originally planned. She used a good long-term sales approach. Instead of pressuring me, she spent more time getting to know me and ended up making more money off of\u00a0 me as a result. I believe that she was excellent at sales. She did a good job at balancing attention without overstepping boundaries. She seemed more like a cool friend who would pick out outfits for me instead of a pushy salesperson.
