In fact, Grove City College&#8217;s benches, litter receptacles, and table sets are all from the KRD business.  A major aspect that KRD prides themselves on is the quality customer service they provide with their products.  With a three year warranty, the company promises to replace products that would not withstand conditions.  My dad, the National Sales Manager, gave me an example of their excellent customer service.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My grandfather started the company and although he is \u201cretired,\u201d he still works through some part of KRD everyday.  He lives in Florida half of the year and enjoys visiting various towns to photograph. In one particular town, he saw benches that were in rough condition. The benches had performed well and exceeded their life span, but were in need of a replacement from sitting under constant spray from <g class=\"gr_ gr_343 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"343\" data-gr-id=\"343\">a salt<\/g> water fountain.  After nearly ten years of being on-site, the products <g class=\"gr_ gr_10 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"10\" data-gr-id=\"10\">techically<\/g> were no longer under the company\u2019s warranty but because of Keystone Ridge Designs dedication to showcasing quality products, they decided to make and ship brand new benches to Florida.  The customer was so impressed by the care and dedication from KRD that they spread the word about the business, increasing brand awareness and future customers.
