In that business, you not only have clients who all come from different walks of life, but also the employees who you work beside are very different too. One of the big life lessons that I&#8217;ve learned through this line of work, is that it is imperative to stay professional and sincere throughout all circumstances that you may encounter along the way. Healthy interaction between teammates is crucial, as everyone is working towards a common goal. Also, staying calm and professional in stressful situations such as the circumstances around making sure that a client&#8217;s wedding runs smoothly is a must as well. There are so many different components that come into play for businesses in general, but when the most important day of someone&#8217;s life is also on the line, then the stakes are even higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, I think working a service oriented job has helped me to be more mindful of the needs that other people have. It also makes me want to help people in anyway that I can, because it is almost euphoric to see the smiles on a person&#8217;s face when you were a part of their wedding day. I think that these traits and skills will transfer over into any career path that I may choose, because listening and forming meaningful relationships will always be important.
