Something I\nhad always believed is that buyer\u2019s remorse &nbsp;was my fault as the buyer. Usually when I thought\nabout my buyer\u2019s remorse, I attributed it to not doing enough research or just\nbuying before I had considered all my options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>although this is true in many ways, in sales class we have\nlearned that buyer\u2019s remorse is considered the sellers fault. This came as\nquite a shock to me. I had always believed that the job of the seller is just\nto get the product sold. But in all reality selling is about solving a problem.\nThis means that the responsibility of a salesman continues after the product is\nbought <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An aspect of this new age salesman is Integrity, not only in\nyourself but in your product as well. Integrity becomes more and more important\ncurrently, where business\u2019s rely on good customer relationships and ratings. By\ntaking on more responsibility, sales people are to be looked at as guides in\nyour product search not another hurdle to jump in the already stressful sales\nprocess. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have felt the aftermath of buyer\u2019s remorse.
