In our initial experience we found the salesperson very helpful. We ended up with a very well fitting suit at a great price.\u00a0<\/li><li>The first lady we talked to was wonderful when we went in to see about wedding suits. She explained color options and the fits and was able to show us what was available. Noah was looking for a light grey with maybe a little something in terms of a check or texture. They didn\u2019t have a ton of options, we were able to find a light grey with a white\u00a0windowpane in the right fit. <\/li><li>While perusing, the first saleslady told us that for a group of more than five we could get discount. We&#8217;ll take that as a positive!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On to the contrary, we experienced some negative salesmanship too:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The second time we went in, we took most of the groomsmen with us. The saleslady this time was not quite as much of a gem. I indignantly was  tempted to come back at another time because she was not nice to work with.<\/li><li>This saleswoman started pushing the boys towards different sizes that didn\u2019t work well for them because she didn\u2019t want to check the back for other sizes. We were very much rubbed the wrong way that she was trying to tell the boys certain sizes looked better when we all thought that they didn\u2019t fit as nicely. Once we figured out it was because she didn\u2019t want to look, we understood why she had been giving us bad advice. Her back was hurting, and we were sympathetic to that, but there was        another person working who could check and we didn\u2019t appreciate her steering us in a different direction and not giving us the real reason.  <\/li><li>When we asked about the group discount we were told about, the girl said that it was 15% over a certain amount. Well, the boys suits came two cents away from that. She wasn\u2019t going to count that because she didn\u2019t want to get in trouble. The man working there stepped in and said that it was fine, which was a relief.
