<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Many of us have heard, or seen, or have bought a He Would Love First or What Would Jesus Do bracelet or some kind of apparel.\u00a0 Now when we (as Grove City College students) first look at them we understand what it means and think “oh that’s cool that someone is wearing one of those,” and then keep going on about our day.\u00a0 But what about the people that don’t know what it means?\u00a0 This spikes their curiosity and people start to ask “what does that mean\/stand for?”\u00a0 That very simple question opens the floor up to SO many possible answers and opportunities to share the Gospel.<\/p>\n
Since we all know what these companies stand for and their mission behind these sayings and acronyms, I would like to talk about the sales and promotion side of things.\u00a0 So back to when people ask what the acronyms mean, yes that opens the floor to share the gospel, but it also creates a sense of curiosity for the company.\u00a0 Once outsiders understand the purpose, they become interested in the company and want to learn more.\u00a0 So not only do these companies find way to share the Gospel to strangers, they are also promoting their business at the same time.<\/p>\n
I think this is a very ingenious way to market their products.\u00a0 By creating something that isn’t common knowledge, they create curiosity which automatically draws people in, and once they do their research and figure out the real reason behind the companies, they want to be part of the movement too!<\/p>\n
