When thinking of building your own site, there are a few things that you should keep in mind in order to build something that is not only helpful but also relevant to the user. Number one would be to write conversationally meaning that you should read it aloud to yourself to see if it makes sense. Number 2 would be to get some humor in your page. No one wants to read something that is super mundane and melow. I mean sure you can get straight to the point with whatever you are writing about but do it in a creative way.
