While reading the fun facts I found fun fact number eight to be a very interesting idea. I had not known that having a video on your home page would influence what page you would land on. Videos can be helpful to hold your customers or viewers’ attention and give a visual while explaining your content.

For fun fact number five, the top sites include Google, Facebook, YouTube, Yahoo!, Amazon, Wikipedia, Twitter, Bing, eBay, and MSN. Wikipedia and YouTube are both content-oriented websites, while the others are identified as “content gates.” This was an interesting perspective on where the different sights compare to each other.
