When adding links to your website, it is important to know the best way to go about it so you don’t add too many links or links from illegitimate websites etc. The first tip in adding links would be to research as much as you can… and then research more. When you know or figure out who your core audience is it makes it that much easier to then research corresponding websites you could link from. Research to find out which websites would be relevant to link from. Once you have noticed quality sites focus on earning backlinks naturally. This can be done through valuable content, blog posts. Make sure the links are reputable and relevant to your site and avoid low quality spammy ones that can hurt your website. Think about high quality over quantity, a few good, solid links are better than a ton of weak ones. Link can be a slow process do it slowly and carefully with a user first mindset.

It is so important for links and backlinks to be natural, google knows when its artificial because its just linking for links sake instead of for the users benefit and interests. The emphasis on research is important because thats how you know what links would benefit your users
