This is a scene form The Pursuit of Happiness. In the scene Will Smith is explains how he does the process of cold calling to get more sales done daily than his other piers that are also calling, not actually hanging up the phone and going right to the next call, not taking water breaks cause it makes you go to the bathroom, etc. The camera then shows him completing a call and Will does a really good job at going for the appointment with the client, instead of going to close the sale immediately. Just to note, Will is very friendly and presents himself very warmly, although this is something that most good and bad sales people do but it is still very important and is not to be forgotten. The potential client has a opening in his schedule that just opened up and Will jumps on that and says that he can be over in 20min. Its powerful to make yourself available to your client because it shows you care and you are eager.
