The role you is when take certain role in getting something done the way that role defines it and you fail which is OK.  People fail all the time. Failure gives you freedom to do other things and teaches you to seek knowledge, learn from your mistakes, change, takes risks and become entrepreneurial.  We have to learn to fail and fail to win.

At the end of the day what matters is your person – the great motivator who can motivate himself and those around them to not give up. Lead by example and build trust with people. Then the whole world will conspires to help you achieve you goals. Anybody in world no matter what country or race that can potentially help you, will.

That’s how free-market works. In a voluntary exchange both parties have something that they can offer to the opposite part. It a mutually beneficial exchange. You just have to find somebody that has what you want and wants what you have to offer.

  1. I agree with the fact that failing is good and can help you learn from your experiences, but why the title fail fast? I understand the concept, but if you could explain that in more detail in the post that would be cool to read what you have to say.

  2. Failing fast is AMAZING! Great post Naj, and I could not agree more. As Rocky Balboa once said, “It ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can GET hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”
