With his talent and persuasion, he grew his family wine business from 3 million to 60 million dollars in only five years. Vaynermedia, created by Vaynerchuk, is a booming digital agency with more than 500 employees. He’s spoken at massive events, published books, and is a massive social media inspiration. He’s now worth 160 million dollars, but don’t get it wrong, the bulk of his success has come from his ability to inspire and persuade people. Using mostly unconventional methods, Vaynerchuk is amazing at producing engaging in bite-size videos published on social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram. He has started multiple companies as well as a digital marketing agency.
Vaynerchuk’s story begins in Russia. His family has the typical immigrant entrepreneurs story, they moved from Russia to Edison, New Jersey when he was a a boy. He grew the business from 6 million dollars in revenue to over 60 million dollars a year.
