As we get more technology throughout the world, we begin to use it in so many different ways. Gryphon Networks has begun to increase the availability of analytics with their new Sales Intelligence Platform.
Gryphon provides analytics based on phone calls to customers. The new platform is to provide real-time data that can be, “in an actionable, intuitive format that allows managers to closely monitor the activities and performance of their team, regardless of location or device used to make the call.”
This is just another instance where technology has come in to play which will help salesmen and sales teams to change and adapt to what kind of responses they get during their calls. Gryphon provides managers to personalize the data to their own specifications. They really have provided sales teams to get a ‘Grip on the Future.’
