The Sales Funnel: Decision

Your prospect has moved onto to third stage of your sales funnel and it’s time for them to make a decision. Typically, they will be paying attention to what you have to offer on a more detailed scale. This may include warranties, shipping options and other values you provide along with your product.

They are engaged, but they haven’t decided to whip our the credit card or drive to your store. What can you do to help them make their decision? Offering a more personal interaction between company and customer is the answer.

Webinars

Essentially a seminar conducted over the internet, Webinars are presentations that aim at educating its viewers on a specific topic. In sales, this can be used to further educate prospective customers on what it is you have to offer as a company and why they should choose your solution, out of the many there may be. You shouldn’t tell them this out right, but in a manor where you identify the problem you’re offering a solution to and list the benefits that come with your solution. Be sure that the benefits of your solution outweigh those of your competitors.

With technology continually progressing things like webinars are the kinds of things the internet needs in order to make online selling more personal and convenient.
