I have had several interviews for a job this summer, and I have previously talked about selling yourself in an interview. Many people also forget that the company also has to sell themselves to you. Think of it as a dual sale, they get your time and skills, you get their resources in return (money). But the pay and benefits that the company provides, plus what they do has to interest you, and if the company isn’t able to sale you in wanting to take the job than the sale wasn’t successful, and they need to better learn to sell their company as well.
