My mom actually wanted to buy a Lexus just for the ability to go to the spa while her car was being serviced. Many other people looking for maximum convenience in their lives and this addition provides that convenience extremely well.

This is very interesting and makes me think of the Bank of America i believe who is now recreating the way people bank. They are adding coffee shops in their banks so the customers can sit down and have a more informal time at the bank.
