Raymond Reddington is the main character in the show The Blacklist. Reddington, known as the Concierge of Crime, is the most wanted man in the world and runs a massive criminal empire. Reddington is a savvy, charismatic man who is great at what he does. One of the most important things he does is selling his services to other criminals. Like we have learned in class one of the most important parts of selling is understanding your prospects pain.
This is one of the things that separates Raymond Reddington from his competitors. He is incredibly good at finding (and sometimes creating) his customers’ pain. This is something he takes full advantage of and helps him to land clients.
