One of the main concepts of selling and sales that we have been learning about is the concept of understanding and comprehending the people that you’re selling to. Trying to understand where your buyer is coming from as the seller is pivotal in ensuring that your sales pitch has a better pitch of hitting. Letting your customer talk and ask a few questions to make them feel heard and then chiming in to try and figure out where your customer is coming from is all very important. Making your customer feel special and putting their needs first really helps incline them to try and buy from you and increases their chances of wanting to be sold to.

Fascinating post Philip
What I took from this is that understanding your customers needs is very important to find their pain points.
Great post Philip.
My favorite part about this post is that as salesmen, we need to allow the customer to do most of the talking in order to figure out their needs. It’s easy for us to do most of the talking, but it’s actually beneficial for the customer to do so.
