I think this has been one of the most valuable concepts I have learned. As I was inquiring about Mr. Kobold’s Soarway Foundation I used this method repeatedly. On several instances it led me to more information about what the customer was looking for, which allowed me to provide more valuable feedback.
“Are these all the products offered?”
“No, but what else would you like to see?”
This allowed conversation to flow more naturally, while offering more information about the customer’s needs.
