What does this actually mean? You are not supposed to to put things in the customers mind. Don’t answer unasked questions. When conducting a sale, make sure you know what the customer wants. You shouldn’t put thoughts in their head, or answer questions without asking anything. This can be especially be frustrating to the person who is being sold to. People don’t like when you make assumptions about them and are wrong. This can be very off-putting, so I would highly suggest you not do this. I would suggest that you try to work on asking quality open questions so you don’t anger and frustrate who you are selling to.
