You are the expert in a sales situation. Make sure you are clear and don’t confuse your client. It could result in a loss of sale.
Be relational
In selling, don’t be a robot. Be yourself and learn about customers by asking questions to get to know them on a deeper level than just someone I am trying to sell to.
Make The Sales Process Not Feel Like Sales At All
Help sales to feel less like sales and more like a friendship with selling on the side. Help people to part with there resources without putting pressure on the situation.
