Today i called a hyundai dealer to schedule a test drive of a 25′ elantra N and the salesmen sounded so asleep and dead that i almost called it off right there wish i had another salesmen. It reminded me of when i was looking at alfa romeo giulia’s before i bought my alfa romeo and how i did not buy from my local dealer. This was because during the test drive the sales person did not talk about the car much, but instead talked crap about his boss/ employer. I then texted him later that night at around 7pm and he rudely answered back immediately saying ” i am not working, please do not text me when i am at home trying to relax”. I found this to be so rude, instead of either ignoring my text or saying i will get back to you when i get the chance, thanks. For this reason alone, i left this sales persona and decided to shop else wear.
I think to my self, is it really that hard to just be enjoyable to talk to or be kind to your clients, aka, the people paying your salary.
