Recently my father was trying to buy a new truck because his truck was getting old and broken down. We were on a trip to long island for the weekend and he visited a few dealerships to look at different trucks. One truck my father was interested in was a RAM 1500, but the specific trim line was the Laramie version. When we got to the dealership the dealer brought us into his office and talked to us for a long time explaining the truck and its history and explicitly stating that it was a Laramie model. When we finally went outside to look at the truck and drive it, we immediately knew that it wasn’t the model my dad had wanted. The salesman was not practicing clarity with my family and purposely tried to hide the fact that the car we were looking at was not correct.
